Father Victor Ingalls joins us at Christ the King as our new Parochial Vicar.
Father grew up as a member of Holy Spirit Parish in Montgomery, Alabama, with his parents and two sisters. Following high school, he attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he earned a BA in Religious Studies. He went on to study pre-theology at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed four years of theology at the North American College in Rome, Italy. Father Victor was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Mobile at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception on June 2, 2012. His first assignment was to St. Michael Parish in Auburn, Alabama, where he served as Parochial Vicar for two years before being assigned to Christ the King.
Father Victor enjoys playing basketball and other sports and says he is looking forward to continuing to learn from the people of God here at Christ the King.
Christ the King Parish, located in Daphne, Alabama, is a Catholic family - a sign of Christ's presence in the Eastern Shore community. Guided by the Holy Spirit and faithful leadership, we work to celebrate faith through meaningful liturgies; through the spiritual formation of our members and by developing the strengths and talents of all through education and social ministries.
