FACILITIES

There are certain buildings on the grounds (Gym, Immaculata Center, Assumption Hall) that are available for use by each Parish and school organization or to parish members for private functions on a fee basis.  However they must be reserved in advance through Mike Hopton.  Availability is subject to certain event or activity priorities and/or previously scheduled events.  It is very important that you reserve your functions as far in advance as possible and never assume that you   automatically have the hall from year to year for the same function.  You must call every year to make your reservation.
